Trainers
Courses are delivered by Jo Cox-Brown or Sylvia Oates.
Jo has worked in marketing for blue-chip companies such as Microsoft, Unilever and Mars and has over 18 years’ experience in creative writing to engage a variety of audiences.
Jo was the Chief Executive of a Charity and social enterprise for 8 years where she directed the marketing and communications strategy for the business.
Sylvia has worked in marketing and PR within the leisure sector for over 16 years, working for companies such as Merlin Entertainments, a hotel operator and a business travel company.
Sylvia was the Chief Executive of the Business Improvement District in Nottingham for five years, providing support and expertise to local businesses of all sizes, including advice on the development of successful marketing strategies and plans.
Both Sylvia and Jo provide marketing mentoring services through Silverlock.
